At present, the company has formed four major product series:
Series 1: Hydraulic fluid pipe series. There are more than 60 varieties and more than 900 specifications of products, including various types of high and medium hydraulic rubber hoses, hydraulic pipe joints, hydraulic components, engineering machinery professional winding pipes, wire braided hoses, oil delivery hoses, high wear-resistant grouting hoses, fiber braided oil-resistant hoses, automotive air conditioning, brake hoses, steam hoses, etc. The products have excellent performance and durability, with super heat resistance (+220°C), cold resistance (-55°C), high pressure resistance, oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and corrosion resistance. At the same time, the products have strong softness, good pulse performance, and small pressure deformation.
Series 2: Connecting pipe series. There are more than 10,000 varieties of products, including high-pressure and high-performance gas-liquid quick connectors, medium-pressure and high-performance gas-liquid quick connectors, low-pressure hydraulic quick connectors, flat hydraulic quick connectors, open and close gas-liquid quick connectors, instrument quick connectors, etc. Compared with similar products on the market, it provides higher performance and can completely replace imported goods.
Series 3: Base oil and lubricant series. Cooperate with well-known domestic and foreign refining and chemical companies to jointly develop and produce CTL, PAO and mPAO base oils, industrial lubricants and high-end automotive lubricants. Including low-temperature hydraulic oil, ultra-low-temperature hydraulic oil, new energy vehicle engine oil, fully synthetic screw air compressor oil, wind power fully synthetic gear oil and drone gear oil, etc. The products are far superior to similar products on the market in terms of antioxidant performance, micropitting resistance and wear resistance.
Series 4: Hydraulic excavator and integrated drilling rig product series. The product categories cover a full range of excavator products from 2 tons to 70 tons, KH10 series and KH84 series integrated drilling rig products. Excavator products have the advantages of stable body, reasonable price, high operating efficiency, fast response speed, low internal consumption, precise control, flexible and efficient, and convenient maintenance. The advantages of drilling rig products are that they are suitable for all-terrain mining environments, lightweight design, better fuel economy, less wear, high precision, can carry large-diameter operations, and have a long service life.
